The Bilingual (French/English) Administrative Recruiting Coordinator is responsible for processing and reviewing recruitment-related activities. This role is a true blend of Talent Acquisition Coordination (TAC) and Customer Experience (CX), serving as both the first and final point of contact for candidates from their start date through their employment. Responsibilities: Work closely with our client's team onsite regarding any verbal or written communications. File and maintain hard-copy documents. Collect, track, and secure any personal checks that are received, and prepare monthly deposits. Verify the authenticity of legal documents received, as well as complete, authorize, and track various life insurance forms. Lead, collect, assist and process, export of data files or documents to 3 rd party vendors. Assist with any collection information for employee HR documents by working closely with the offshore team.
