    "description": "<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Position:          </span>Conversions Team</p>\n<p><span>Salary:            </span><span>$17.00                                                                </span></p>\n<p><span>Type:</span><span>              Part-time (Non-exempt) position, flexible hours</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 16px\"> </span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">POSITION SUMMARY:</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">The Conversion team position reports directly to the Director of Operations and works closely with all departments @the Grounds. The Conversion team is responsible for setting up events, cleanliness of the facility, general set-ups, and light maintenance around the @the Grounds campus.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">ESSENTIAL DUTIES:</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">Responsible for the set-up and tear-down of all events according to the specifications set in the event resumes. This includes considerable physical activity in transporting awkward and heavy materials such as staging, tables, chairs, dance floors, carpet, etc., from storage areas to meeting rooms.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><br><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">Ensure that the campus, facilities, and restrooms always remain clean and presentable.</span></li>\n<li><br><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">Maintain the cleanliness of the buildings and campus.</span></li>\n<li><br><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">Respond quickly and efficiently to all guest/client requests.</span></li>\n<li><br><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">Works with other departments to provide exceptional guest and client services.</span></li>\n<li><br><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">Adhere to all @the Grounds security, policy, and procedures to ensure safety.</span></li>\n<li><br><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">Work with the Event Manager and Events Department throughout your shift to ensure events run smoothly.</span></li>\n<li><br><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">Other duties as assigned.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><br><span style=\"color: #333333; font-size: 16px\">Must be able to read and write utilizing the English language.</span></li>\n<li><br><span style=\"color: #333333; font-size: 16px\">Must possess excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.</span></li>\n<li><br><span style=\"color: #333333; font-size: 16px\">Must be able to work outdoors in extreme temperatures, direct sunlight, rain, or cold weather for an entire shift.</span></li>\n<li><br><span style=\"color: #333333; font-size: 16px\">Must be able to stand, sit, or be in a laydown position for an extended period, up to an entire shift, depending on the task assigned.</span></li>\n<li><br><span style=\"color: #333333; font-size: 16px\">Must be able to lift 75 pounds regularly.  </span></li>\n<li><br><span style=\"color: #333333; font-size: 16px\">Must be able to work in tight, confined spaces, underground, suspended work areas, and at heights that can exceed 30’ in the air.</span></li>\n<li><br><span style=\"color: #333333; font-size: 16px\">Must be able to work independently and as a team.</span></li>\n<li><br><span style=\"color: #333333; font-size: 16px\">Must have and maintain a California Driver’s License (CDL), and be eligible to be insured by our insurance provider.</span></li>\n<li><br><span style=\"color: #333333; font-size: 16px\">Must maintain equipment certification including but not limited to Forklift, Scissor Lift, Boom Lift, etc.</span></li>\n<li><br><span style=\"color: #333333; font-size: 16px\">Must be respectful to internal and external clients and fellow team members at all times.</span></li>\n<li><br><span style=\"color: #333333; font-size: 16px\">Must be able to multi-task.</span><br></li>\n<li><br><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">High-level organization skills and attention to detail. </span></li>\n<li><br><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">Maturity and flexibility in working with a diverse membership with competing priorities.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"color: #333333; font-size: 16px\"> </span></p>\n<p>@the Grounds is a non-profit organization managing the @the Grounds campus. @the Grounds is the home of the Placer County Fair, All-American Speedway, and Event Center @the grounds.
