This experience is in addition to the minimum years listed in the Experience Requirements above.</li>\n  </ul></li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Key Qualifications </p>\n<p> </p>\n<ul>\n <li>Strong understanding of data governance principles and healthcare data management best practicesKnowledge of data modeling, metadata management, and master data management conceptsFamiliarity with healthcare data standards (e.g., HL7, ICD-10, CPT) and regulatory frameworks (e.g., HIPAA, CMS)</li>\n <li>Strong analysis and critical thinking skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills</li>\n <li>Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with clinical, operational, and technical stakeholders</li>\n <li>Proficiency in data profiling, data quality assessment, and root cause analysis</li>\n <li>Proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, etc.) is required</li>\n <li>Ability to multi-task while maintaining careful attention-to-detail</li>\n <li>Ability to handle multiple projects, data input, and strong problem-solving capability</li>\n <li>Independent self-starter who is driven to success, takes great pride in accomplishments and works with a sense of urgency to meet deadlines and address competing priorities</li>\n <li>Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Start your journey towards a thriving future with IEHP and apply TODAY!</p>\n<h2>Work Model Location</h2>\n<p>This position is on a hybrid work schedule.
