      "content": "<div>\n\n<li>Provide student information and attendance related technical support to clients</li>\n<li>Train clients’ staff member on effectively leveraging their SIS in support of state reporting requirements</li>\n<li>Troubleshot problems related to new and/or existing systems</li>\n<li>Assist in codifying procedures and system configuration settings</li>\n<li>Streamline current processes and systems and evaluate more efficient solutions</li>\n<li>Expand automation of systems to improve overall system stability, improve data collection/linkages across multiple data systems</li>\n<li>Submission and validation of attendance and state reporting information</li>\n<li>Support with gathering data and submitting attendance and state reporting records</li>\n<li>Other duties as assigned</li>\n\n</div>"

      "content": "\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10.0pt; font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;\">A high school diploma is required and a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field is a plus.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10.0pt; font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;\">Two (2) years of education related data management work experience with data reconciliation, quality control, and field mapping experience with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.</span></li>\n<li>Student Information Systems (PowerSchool, Aeries, etc.), attendance administration and State Reporting (e.g CALPADS, MARSS, PEIMS, etc.)</li>\n<li>System analysis and process improvement practices</li>\n<li>Advanced Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) skills, with advanced knowledge of Excel a plus</li>\n<li>Proper and effective use of English grammar and communication skills (oral and written)</li>\n<li>Java Script, Java, and SQL programming a plus</li>\n<li>Demonstrated flexibility to adapt to constantly changing environments</li>\n<li>Passion for improving urban public education and a willingness to make a long-term commitment to the non-profit sector</li>\n<li>Belief in and alignment with Charter Impacts core beliefs and business philosophy</li>\n<li>Entrepreneurial spirit to thrive in a fast-paced and achievement-oriented environment</li>\n<li>Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build and cultivate relationships with clients, school leaders and other office departments</li>\n<li>Willingness to go above and beyond to contribute to the success of a dynamic team committed to a new future for non-profits and charter schools</li>\n<li>Understanding of the nuances of urban school environments and school culture</li>\n<li>Demonstrated excellence in delivering customer service to clients with positivity and professionalism</li>\n<li>Ability to set priorities and manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting customer expectations and deadlines</li>\n<li>Ability to respond to customer needs in a timely manner</li>\n<li>Maintain, encourage and participate in a close and highly collaborative team environment with clients and Charter Impact staff</li>\n<li>Adapt quickly to change</li>\n<li>Learn the appropriate rules, regulations and technical procedures specifically related to processing educational data for non-profit organizations and charter schools</li>\n<li>Understand and carry out directions in an independent manner</li>\n<li>Perform arithmetic calculations accurately and rapidly</li>\n<li>Identify and correct errors in mathematical computations and financial documents</li>\n<li>Sage Intacct or other similar Non-Profit Accounting systems.</li>\n<li>Any third-party database experience</li>\n<li>&nbsp;</li>\n"
