This position provides both client management and systems engineering with a focus on supporting a Microsoft-centric Modern Workforce through Digital Transformation.</p><p data-gid=\"7309\"><strong data-gid=\"7310\">Preferred Consultative Experience</strong></p><p data-gid=\"7311\">The ideal candidate for this role will have deep expertise in Microsoft Cloud Technologies, but be equally comfortable support on-prem infrastructure. As consultants, our team is constantly interfacing directly with clients, so this candidate must be comfortable leading the conversation and providing strategic direction.</p><p data-gid=\"7312\">Candidates should have:</p><ul data-gid=\"7313\"><li data-gid=\"7314\">&nbsp;Hands-on experience gathering customer requirements, white-boarding technical solutions, reviewing a project&rsquo;s Statement of Work (SOW</li><li data-gid=\"7315\">Basic understanding of business operations as it relates to budgeting and implementation of technology. At Envision you must be able to truly understand the connection between the customer&#39;s business needs, and the technologies they deploy</li><li data-gid=\"7316\">The ideal candidate will have some experience with a technology vendor or systems integrator selling, designing, and implementing solutions.</li></ul><p data-gid=\"7317\"><strong data-gid=\"7318\">Preferred Cloud Experience</strong></p><p data-gid=\"7319\">The ideal candidate will be ready help guide clients in their journey from on-prem to the Cloud. Some of the work experience and skill they should have include:</p><ul data-gid=\"7320\"><li data-gid=\"7321\">Candidate should have experience with the entire suite of Microsoft zero-trust security technologies such as: AAD, Conditional Access, InTune, Defender ATP, MCAS, &amp; Compliance Center, Sentinel, and Playbooks.</li></ul><ul data-gid=\"7322\"><li data-gid=\"7323\">Candidate should be comfortable supporting cloud migrations and configuration of tenants in the M365 &amp; Azure Admin Center.</li></ul><ul data-gid=\"7324\"><li data-gid=\"7325\">WVD, Azure IaaS, and Power Platform experience is a plus.</li></ul><p data-gid=\"7326\"><strong data-gid=\"7327\">Preferred On-Prem Experience</strong></p><p data-gid=\"7328\">The ideal candidate will be comfortable with on-prem technologies including servers, sans, edge security, etc. Work experience should include:</p><ul data-gid=\"7329\"><li data-gid=\"7330\">Experience with Dell EMC storage, Tintri, Synology, Netap or other iSCSI, Fiber Channel or NFS storage technology</li><li data-gid=\"7331\">Experience designing on-premise edge security solutions (ideal candidates are comfortable with Sonicwall, Watchguard, Cisco etc)</li><li data-gid=\"7332\">Experience designing and implementing virtual infrastructure solutions using VMware and DELL products or equivalent competitors</li><li data-gid=\"7333\">Experience designing and implementing network solutions (vLAN design, micro-segmentation, IP Network design) with Dell, Extreme Networks, Cisco, or equivalent providers</li><li data-gid=\"7334\">The ideal candidate will have familiarity with end-user products (Endpoints, Thin-clients etc)</li><li data-gid=\"7335\">Ideal candidates will have a comfortable understanding of how cloud technologies / DaaS / IaaS / PaaS are deployed in SMB environment.</li></ul><p data-gid=\"7336\"><strong data-gid=\"7337\">Job Duties and Responsibilities</strong></p><ul data-gid=\"7338\"><li data-gid=\"7339\">Serve as a primary account resource for customers providing both technical leadership and hands-on implementation services</li><li data-gid=\"7340\">Deploy and support a mix of the above technologies for our clients</li><li data-gid=\"7341\">Participate in technical sessions with clients to discover requirements and develop solutions</li><li data-gid=\"7342\">Present solutions to clients in partnership with account managers and our solutions engineering team</li><li data-gid=\"7343\">Serve as a high-level engineering resource on implementation projects</li><li data-gid=\"7344\">Mentor and develop engineering support team member roles</li><li data-gid=\"7345\">Maintain technical certifications as required</li></ul><p data-gid=\"7346\"><strong data-gid=\"7347\">Education/Certifications</strong></p><ul data-gid=\"7348\"><li data-gid=\"7349\">3+ years of hands-on experience required</li><li data-gid=\"7350\">Microsoft 365 / Azure certification is ideal, but can be attained after-the-fact provided the skillset is there (MS500, SC300/400, AZ900 etc)</li><li data-gid=\"7351\">VMware VCP, Dell product certifications, A+, NCDA, CCIE and/or NCIE certifications desired</li><li data-gid=\"7352\">Practical experience and skillsets are valued over formal college education</li><li data-gid=\"7353\">Envision Technology Advisors is an Equal Opportunity Employer.</li></ul><p data-gid=\"7354\">This position is part of Envision&#39;s high-level engineering solutions, providing both client management and systems engineering with a focus on storage and virtualization.</p></div></div>\n    </div>\n  \n",
