    "description_html": "<p><strong>SUMMARY OF ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:</strong></p><p><br></p><p>Under general supervision, performs ESP testing, routine checks, and equipment troubleshooting.&nbsp;</p><p><br></p><p><strong>SPECIFIC DUTIES, ACTIVITIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:</strong></p><p>• Perform regular test and inspection procedures to ensure the product is in accordance with SOP’s.&nbsp;</p><p>• Safely operate automated high pressure/ high voltage testing equipment.</p><p>• Assists with loading/unloading ESP equipment on to racks and transportation vehicles.</p><p>• Maintain work area, tools and fixtures to ensure there are no hazard to personnel or integrity to parts being assembled.&nbsp;</p><p>• Contribute in building and/or reconstruction of various ESP components.&nbsp;</p><p>• Trains and coaches new hires in basic principles.&nbsp;</p><p><br></p><p><strong>EHS REQUIREMENTS:</strong></p><p><br></p><p>• Complete all work in a safe manner and follow all safety requirements consistent with supporting the company's TRIR goals</p><p>• Follow all environmental requirements consistent with supporting the company's environmental performance goals</p><p>• Complete, and actively participate in all of the company's EHS training requirements</p><p><br></p><p><strong>POSITION REQUIREMENTS:</strong></p><p><br></p><p>• Requires a High School diploma or general education degree (GED)</p><p>• A clean driving record is required for vehicle operators.</p><p>• 3-4 years’ artificial lift experience is preferred</p><p>• Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and &nbsp;memos</p><p>• Ability to write simple &nbsp;correspondence as required</p><p>• Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure using whole numbers, common fractions and decimals</p><p>• Basic hand tool proficiency</p><p>• Basic computer skills required to operate computerized test equipment</p><p>• Ability to regularly lift and/or move up to 50 pounds</p><p>• A combination of the above qualifications will also be considered</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p><br></p><p><strong>PHYSICAL/MENTAL REQUIREMENTS:</strong></p><p><br></p><p>• Must be able to stand for extended periods of time.</p><p>• Must be able to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.</p><p>• Must be able to safely bend, reach, kneel, twist, and grip items while working at &nbsp;area.</p><p>• Must have the manual dexterity and coordination to operate hand tools and mechanical tools.</p><p>• Must be able to work at a fast pace.</p><p>• Must be able to tolerate changing priorities, and complete assignments despite frequent interruptions.</p><p>• Must be able to respond to visual and oral cues.</p><p>• Must be able to read, write, speak and understand English.</p><p><br></p>",
