Fabrication Associates are prohibited from working on energized circuits or equipment.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span style=\"font-size: 15px\">Preferred Job Skills:</span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Able to maintain professional appearance and conduct at all times.</li>\n<li>OSHA 10 Hour, CPR, and First Aid trained.</li>\n<li>Able to maintain high levels of productivity, meeting deadlines while maintaining accuracy.</li>\n<li>Must be an effective and professional communicator.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<ul></ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span style=\"font-size: 15px\">Mandatory Hiring Requirements</span></span><span style=\"font-size: 15px\">:</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 15px\">References, Background Check, Drug Screen Testing, Valid Driver’s License.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span style=\"font-size: 15px\">Responsibilities:</span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15px\">Responsibilities may include some, or all of the following:</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15px\">Operate various types of metal cutting saws, conduit benders, conduit threading machines, drills and various hand tools to fabricate components for product assemblies that meet the specifications of the electrical drawings. </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15px\">Loads and stacks stock, tools and work in progress.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15px\">Assists in varying equipment operations or activities as well as handles any replenishment of materials as needed. </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15px\">Assists in house-keeping of work areas. </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15px\">Performs job in a safe manner, understanding and following safety policies and procedures and makes suggestions to improve the workplace.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: windowtext; font-size: 15px\">All other duties as assigned. </span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span style=\"font-size: 15px\">Position Requirements:</span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15px\">License:</span><span style=\"font-size: 15px\"> Valid state driver's license.  </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15px\">Certification: None required.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15px\">Education: </span><span style=\"font-size: 15px\">High School Graduate/GED required. </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15px\">Experience: None required. </span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span style=\"font-size: 15px\">Working Conditions:</span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15px\">Job requires working in all weather elements; heat, cold, rain, or snow, depending on job location and time of year.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15px\">Job requires employee to have required personal tools with him at all times (waist tool belt as worn weighs approximately 30 lbs.).</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15px\">Work from all types of ladders and be able to transport/relocate ladders unassisted.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15px\">Employee’s personal weight with tools cannot exceed the rated weight capacity of ladders used.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15px\">Must wear all personal protective equipment as required</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15px\">Must be able to regularly work 40 hours per week plus overtime as required. </span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span style=\"font-size: 15px\">Required Physical/Mental Functions:</span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15px\">Positively identify colors of wire and other items as required.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15px\">Comprehension of construction drawings, schematics and specifications.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15px\">Bend conduit using hand benders.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15px\">Must have the ability to safely use required power tools.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15px\">Comprehend and practice safe work procedures as outlined in Company Safety Handbook.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15px\">Operate two handed tools as required.
