We are currently seeking a talented <strong>Health Center Housekeeper</strong>. If you are looking for a different perspective on senior living come, join us today!</p>\n<p><strong><u>You will enjoy:</u></strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Tuition reimbursement program&nbsp;</li>\n <li>An employee appreciation bonus, which is funded by our residents</li>\n <li>Now offering DailyPay!</li>\n <li>403 (b) retirement plan with employer match&nbsp;</li>\n <li>An exceptional work environment that is both engaging and fun!</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Essential Duties and Responsibilities</strong> include, but not limited to:</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Maintains public and common areas of the facility in a safe, orderly and sanitary condition</li>\n <li>Must be able to identify and report need for repairs, unsafe conditions and respond appropriately in emergency situations</li>\n <li>Works in areas occupied by patients with known infectious diseases and will handle and transport infectious waste</li>\n <li>Cleans interior and exterior windows on a scheduled basis</li>\n <li>Conducts routine inspections of own area of assignment to ensure that departmental quality standards are achieved and maintained</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Minimum Requirements:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>One year of previous experience working in an institutional/health care housekeeping environment, preferred</li>\n <li>Ability to communicate at a basic level, orally and in writing, in English</li>\n <li>Ability to measure and proportion cleaning chemicals and solvents and calculate linen and supplies needed for work assignment</li>\n <li>Ability to work independently, without direct supervision</li>\n <li>Able to meet physical demands of position: Push and pull carts and equipment, up to 100 lbs. Occasionally lift and carry up to 50 lbs.</li>\n <li>Able to use necessary cleaning equipment including: carpet cleaning equipment, wet and dry vacuum</li>\n <li>Able to measure and proportion cleaning chemicals and solvents</li>\n <li>Able to calculate the amount of linen and supplies needed for work assignment</li>\n <li>Able to pass background checks for a licensed community</li>\n <li>Able to wear personal protective equipment including masks and gloves as required by the CDC</li>\n</ul>\n<p><i>Ready to make a difference?
