    "requisitionDescription": "<div><div><div><div><div><p id=\"isPasted\">Accomplishes the preparation of batches to meet standards and specifications for products manufactured. &nbsp; This role will report to the Batching Production Supervisor.</p><p><strong>Description and Responsibilities</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Working overtime when necessary.</li><li>Working all scheduled inventories.</li><li>Filling out daily batching schedule control.</li><li>Adherence to all department procedures and GMP&#39;s.</li><li>Calculate amounts of ingredients needed for various batch requirements</li><li>Weigh raw materials as determined by formula requirements for batch preparation</li><li>Perform all tasks related to completing all required batches following batch record&nbsp;</li><li>Read mixing sheets to determine product specifications, processing information, technical information</li><li>Combine and processes weighed ingredients, observing batch throughout manufacturing process</li><li>Maintain accurate and detailed records and logs of all work performed</li><li>Demonstrate knowledge of and performance within acceptable laboratory safety standards</li><li>Make sure all paperwork is correct the day before</li><li>Successfully pass a basic math test at the time of interview</li></ul><ul><li>All paperwork is checked and correct before handing off</li><li>All lot numbers are double checked and correct and any discrepancies in Mysis are immediately addressed with the Inventory Clerk&nbsp;</li><li>Make sure all partials are used first</li><li>Left over product is put back in proper location at end of day</li><li>All other duties as assigned</li></ul><p><strong>Qualifications &nbsp;&nbsp;</strong></p><ul><li>Minimum 1 year of manufacturing experience</li><li>Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed oral or written instructions.</li><li>Ability to analyze and solve problems</li><li>Ability to work and communicate with other plant associates and shift supervisor</li><li>Ability to read and comprehend instructions</li><li>Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure</li><li>Ability to complete Forklift Certification</li><li>Understands Food and Safety guidelines &nbsp;</li><li>&nbsp;Able to multi-task under tight deadlines&nbsp;</li><li>Must be able to work in a team environment and have excellent interpersonal communication skills&nbsp;</li><li>&nbsp;Computer Proficiency &nbsp;&nbsp;</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p>Physical Demands of the Position: While performing the duties of this position, the employee must be able to see, speak, hear, read, walk, and stand, walk, reach with hands and arms. &nbsp;for long periods.
