      "Value": "<strong>Warehouse General Laborer - Fort Collins, CO</strong><br>This is a full-time, hourly level position.<br>&nbsp;<br><strong>Position Summary:</strong><br>The Warehouse General Laborer performs all tasks related to material inventory management, warehouse operations, and shipping and receiving functions.&nbsp; The position follows SOPs and practices safe work habits to ensure operations are as safe and efficient as possible.­&nbsp;<br><br>This position includes a $1,500 sign on bonus ($500 after the completion of a successful 90 day introductory period; $1,000 after the completion of 180 days of continuous employment<br>Starting salary range for this position is $19-$21&nbsp;<br>&nbsp;<br><strong>Job Responsibilities:</strong><ul><li>Safely and efficiently work with loaders and unloaders to position product where needed</li><li>Perform various warehouse duties</li><li>Pick, stage and load orders for outbound shipments</li><li>Receive raw materials</li><li>Operate forklifts, electric and manual pallet jacks, and other equipment as required</li><li>Housekeeping duties</li><li>Assist with damage control</li><li>Organize pallets&nbsp;</li><li>Report all injuries, illnesses, near misses, damage or other issues timely</li></ul><strong>Job Requirements</strong><ul><li>Actively participate in all ADM required Safety, Environmental, Quality Assurance, and Performance Excellence programs</li><li>Reading and writing skills sufficient to comprehend/complete a variety of documents</li><li>Safely operate forklift to arrange product within the warehouse</li><li>Pulling orders per customer requests, including palletizing bags and preparing the pallet for shipment.&nbsp; Must be done in such a way as to reduce the chance of damage in transit</li><li>Accurately fill orders and document lot numbers for each bag and each product.</li><li>Shrink wrap and stage orders for shipment</li><li>Ability to work in a flexible schedule; must allow for changes in assignments, and priorities depending upon identified needs of the operations</li><li>Ability to work well independently as well as part of a team</li><li>Assist in maintaining the housekeeping program (cleaning), including required written documentation</li><li>Assist in efficient warehousing and organization of products.</li><li>Attempt to keep products clear of dust, debris, and safe stacking of pallets is required.&nbsp;</li><li>Assist in light maintenance which may include using ladders, hand tools, and power tools.</li><li>Promote the ADM Way and core Values</li><li>Must have a demonstrated history of safe work behavior and a sincere desire to follow and improve upon safety policies and procedures</li><li>Ability to work extended hours, evenings, weekends and Holidays&nbsp;</li></ul><strong>Physical Requirements</strong><ul><li>Standing for prolonged periods of time</li><li>Must be able to lift and carry up to 55 lbs</li><li>Must be able to repetitively lift 50 pound bags when pulling orders or working damage control</li></ul>ADM requires the successful completion of&nbsp;a&nbsp;background check.&nbsp;<br><br>REF:109692BR",
