That’s why we hire people who share our principles and blend with our professional family.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Job Summary</span></p>\n<p>A Post Frame Construction Carpenter will perform a wide range of physical labor tasks on the construction site including site preparation, use of hand and power tools, and cleanup of the job site.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Duties/Responsibilities:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Preparing construction sites, materials, and tools.</li>\n<li>Loading and unloading of materials, tools, and equipment.</li>\n<li>Assisting with transport and operation of heavy machinery and equipment.</li>\n<li>Reading and interpreting blueprints.</li>\n<li>Operates a wide variety of hand and power tools.</li>\n<li>Maintains regular and predictable attendance.</li>\n<li>Receives and carries out instructions.</li>\n<li>Performs other related duties as assigned.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Required Skills/Abilities:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Ability to understand directions and read blueprints.</li>\n<li>Ability to work at heights exceeding 20 feet.</li>\n<li>Works well as part of a team.</li>\n<li>Ability to travel as needed.</li>\n<li>Ability to work alone once instructions have been given.</li>\n<li>Ability to work a 40-hour week with overtime.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Education/Experience:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Successful completion of vocational school or technical college or apprenticeship program; OR the equivalent on-the-job training and experience preferred.</li>\n<li>OSHA 10 Certification preferred but not required.</li>\n<li>Class A CDL preferred but not required.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Physical Requirements:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Must be able to lift up to and in excess of 75 pounds.</li>\n<li>Must be able to work in a variety of weather conditions and elements.</li>\n<li>Must have manual dexterity, a good sense of balance, and excellent hand-eye coordination.</li>\n<li>Must be able to wear proper PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) and any other safety related equipment.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Our Benefits Package Includes:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Health and Dental Coverage</li>\n<li>PTO and Holiday Pay</li>\n<li>401k with Company Match</li>\n<li>Company Clothing Allowance</li>\n<li>Short/Long Term Disability Insurance</li>\n<li>Life Insurance</li>\n<li>Monday to Friday Work Schedule</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Our Core Values:</span><br></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">We’ve Got Each Other’s Backs</span></p>\n<p>First and foremost, we are a team.
