Employees can work a minimum of 24/hrs every 6 weeks or self-schedule up to a full-time schedule.</li>\n <li>Innovative Healthcare:  Johns Hopkins is known as a teaching Health System and whether directly or indirectly, you'll have exposure to cutting-edge technology and groundbreaking medicalresearch.</li>\n <li>Benefits:  There are options for a tax deferred annuity 401 K Retirement Plan and Johns Hopkins Employer Health Program Medical/Dental/Vision Insurance.</li>\n</ul>\n<p>$65/hr</p>\n<p>PM and rotating assignments available</p>\n<p>NCCU (Neuro Critical Care Unit)</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<p>Facilitating and coordinates of programs that may include hospital inpatients, outpatients, families, community, and employees of both the hospital and the university by providing evidence-based care based on the nursing process, policies, procedures, and protocols of the Johns Hopkins Hospital.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Providing direction to/management of  other team members to promote quality, safety, and excellence in care.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Working collaboratively with, and providing leadership for, a multidisciplinary health care team to support program initiatives that support quality, safety, and excellence in care.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Fostering a clinical environment of service excellence.</p>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p>Must have:    </p>\n<ul>\n <li>2 years of recent neuro critical care experience</li>\n <li>Current registered nurse license in the state of Maryland, or licensed in a compact state</li>\n <li>Current AHA BLS and ACLS certification                                </li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Johns Hopkins Health System and its affiliates are an Equal Opportunity / Affirmative Action employers.
