Our clinicians work in a <strong>collaborative, trauma-informed environment</strong> that values professional development, innovation, and compassionate care.</p>\n<p>If you’re ready to bring your expertise in assessment and therapy to a team that’s making a difference every day, <strong>we’d love to hear from you.</strong></p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<h3>Psychological Assessment & Diagnostic Services</h3>\n<ul>\n <li><p>Conduct <strong>psychological and neurodevelopmental assessments</strong> for clients across the lifespan, with a focus on diagnostic clarification (e.g., ADHD, Autism Spectrum Disorder, mood disorders, learning and cognitive challenges).</p></li>\n <li><p>Collaborate with referral sources such as therapists, psychiatrists, primary care providers, and schools to determine appropriate testing batteries.</p></li>\n <li><p>Interpret results and produce <strong>integrated psychological reports</strong> with clear clinical recommendations.</p></li>\n <li><p>Communicate findings to families, providers, and interdisciplinary teams to support coordinated care.</p></li>\n</ul>\n<h3>Clinical Treatment</h3>\n<ul>\n <li><p>Provide <strong>individual, family, and/or group therapy</strong> using evidence-based modalities such as CBT, DBT, ACT, and trauma-focused approaches.</p></li>\n <li><p>Maintain a <strong>diverse clinical caseload</strong>, with flexibility to develop areas of specialization (e.g., child/adolescent therapy, trauma, anxiety disorders).</p></li>\n <li><p>Develop individualized treatment plans and track client progress in collaboration with the care team.</p></li>\n</ul>\n<h3>Team Collaboration & Clinical Leadership</h3>\n<ul>\n <li><p>Participate in <strong>multidisciplinary case conferences and clinical team meetings</strong>.</p></li>\n <li><p>Maintain timely documentation in accordance with agency, <strong>MassHealth</strong>, and regulatory standards.</p></li>\n <li><p>Contribute to a <strong>supportive, inclusive, and culturally responsive clinical environment</strong>.</p></li>\n <li><p>Provide supervision or training to interns or postdoctoral fellows when applicable.</p></li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Skills & Areas of Expertise</h2>\n<ul>\n <li><p>Psychological and mental health assessment</p></li>\n <li><p>Evidence-based therapeutic techniques</p></li>\n <li><p>Trauma-informed care</p></li>\n <li><p>Group therapy facilitation</p></li>\n <li><p>Psychoeducation and mindfulness strategies</p></li>\n <li><p>Case formulation and treatment planning</p></li>\n <li><p>Child and adolescent development</p></li>\n <li><p>Conflict resolution and family support</p></li>\n <li><p>Substance use counseling and integrated behavioral health care</p></li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li><p><strong>Doctoral degree</strong> in Clinical Psychology or a related field</p></li>\n <li><p><strong>Licensed Psychologist</strong> (required)</p></li>\n <li><p><strong>CANS Certification</strong></p></li>\n <li><p><strong>3–5 years of relevant clinical experience</strong></p></li>\n <li><p>Experience providing <strong>psychological testing and outpatient therapy</strong></p></li>\n <li><p>Familiarity with <strong>trauma-informed care and culturally responsive practices</strong></p></li>\n <li><p>Experience working with <strong>MassHealth or publicly insured populations</strong> preferred</p></li>\n <li><p>Strong clinical writing and communication skills</p></li>\n <li><p><strong>Valid driver’s license</strong> (Class C or D)</p></li>\n</ul>",
