You will be asked to perform light to heavy cleaning such as cleaning floors, cleaning windows, removing trash and recyclables and vacuuming. </p>\n<h2>Calificaciones</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Ability to work full-time, M-F from 7am-4pm</li>\n <li>High School Diploma or General Education Degree</li>\n <li>Valid Driver’s License</li>\n <li>Must be able to pass a drug and background screen</li>\n <li>Ability to multitask while staying organized</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>As an EEO/Affirmative Action Employer all qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, age, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability, veteran status.</strong></p>\n<h2>Responsabilidades</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Sweep, mop, scrub, and vacuum hallways, stairs and office space.</li>\n <li>Empty trash and garbage containers.</li>\n <li>Replace air conditioner filters.</li>\n <li>Clean debris from sidewalk.</li>\n <li>Service, clean, or supply restrooms.</li>\n <li>Follow procedures for the use of chemical cleaners and power equipment to prevent damage to floors and fixtures. </li>\n <li>Mix water and detergents or acids in containers to prepare cleaning solutions, according to specifications.</li>\n <li>Clean windows, glass partitions, or mirrors, using soapy water or other cleaners, sponges, or squeegees.</li>\n <li>Notify managers concerning the need for major repairs or additions to building operating systems.</li>\n <li>Requisition supplies or equipment needed for cleaning and maintenance duties.</li>\n <li>Dust furniture, walls, machines, or equipment.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Rango de pago</h2>USD $16.00 - USD $18.00 /Hr.",
