You identify gaps, shape long-term plans, and lead cross-team architecture decisions.</li>\n<li><strong>Experience driving product impact</strong> – You've led teams through ambiguous problem spaces and delivered high-quality, user-facing products that move metrics.</li>\n<li><strong>Team builder and culture shaper</strong> – You've hired, developed, and retained strong talent. You foster a culture of psychological safety, accountability, and continuous improvement.</li>\n<li><strong>Technical depth</strong> – You can engage on architecture and implementation decisions, while also considering trade-offs across cost, velocity, and value delivery.</li>\n"
