          "text": "<p>Under the leadership of the Implementation Lead, the <strong>OpEx Readiness Coach</strong> is responsible for providing QAD Redzone customers with coaching and implementation guidance. This position provides customers with the first impression of QAD Redzone training, testing and configuration. This position is critical to customer and QAD Redzone success during the first 8 weeks of implementation.&#xa0;</p><p><em><strong>This position is Full-time, Exempt, Remote and required to travel Monday-Friday, 42 weeks per year.</strong></em></p><p><strong>Bilingual in English and Spanish is highly preferred.</strong></p><p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Provides QAD Redzone customers with coaching needed to ensure they are ready for the Connected Teams Coaching.</li><li>Conducts onsite visits at the end of the project management phase before coaching.&#xa0;</li><li>Ensures signals are wired and visual factory is installed and ready.</li><li>Performs initial software training and supports the customers’ Practice Team to spread QAD Redzone knowledge widely.&#xa0;</li><li>Facilitates out brief and provides the internal QAD Redzone team with summaries on key outputs, players, and any risks associated.</li><li>Configure and set up QAD Redzone software to match the production process at the manufacturing client site.</li><li>Ensure that manufacturing data is complete and includes all relevant information, but is not limited to product, equipment information, product run rates.&#xa0;</li><li>Possess full knowledge of the floor shop environments, workflows, and processes in Food &amp; Beverage and CPG industries.&#xa0;</li><li>Take steps to support and foster client confidence before the “go-live” date.&#xa0;</li><li>Monitor and provide quality control by ensuring automation signals from the plant (photoeyes or machine cycles) come back to the software and provide accurate, real-time data to QAD Redzone for the benefit of the shop floor team.</li><li>Understand and monitor escalation processes for any critical path items or risk points that could result in a delay or unsatisfactory project result.</li><li>Provide initial QAD Redzone training for management, leads, and shop floor users.</li><li>Other duties as assigned.&#xa0;</li></ul>",

          "text": "<ul><li>Fluency&#xa0;in Spanish and English preferred</li><li>Practice using Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) and its components in driving production results and continuous improvement in a manufacturing environment (preferrably food and beverage manufacturing).</li><li>Ability to plan, organize, and function effectively in a dynamic environment, addressing multiple demands of internal teams and clients.&#xa0;</li><li>Ability to maintain strong relationships with clients as well as internal teams.&#xa0;</li><li>Strong written and verbal communication skills.&#xa0;</li><li>Sound judgment and excellent assessment skills</li><li>Ability to prioritize tasks to meet critical path deadlines.</li><li>Advanced knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Power Point)</li><li>Proficient communicating technical networking, wireless, and software requirements.</li><li>Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) experience and familiarity is a plus, but not required.</li></ul><p>&#xa0;</p><p><strong>Education/Experience</strong></p><ul><li>BA or BS – Relevant fields of study can include and are not limited to: Engineering, Manufacturing, Organizational Leadership/Management, Supply Chain Management, Business Management.&#xa0;</li><li>One Year of experience working in direct hands-on manufacturing-previous roles like Operations Manager, Production Supervisor, and Continuous Improvement Manager, preferably within the food and beverage industry.</li></ul>",
