          "text": "<p><strong><u>What makes you a good fit:</u></strong><br>\n• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting (required); CPA and Big 4 experience (strongly preferred).<br>\n• A minimum of 7 years of accounting experience<br>\n• Strong technical accounting knowledge of US GAAP or IFRS (e.g., revenue, leasing, pensions, M&amp;A).<br>\n• Experience in technical accounting research and analysis.<br>\n• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to explain complex issues to finance and non-finance stakeholders.<br>\n• Proven ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.<br>\n• Ability to work with cross-functional teams across domestic and international locations.<br>\n• Advanced Excel; SAP experience a plus.<br>\n• Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently.<br>\n• Leadership skills to guide teams and influence stakeholders.<br>\n• Interest in global career growth; ability to travel domestically and internationally as needed.<br>\n<br>\n<strong><u>Candidate Details:</u></strong><br>\n• Seniority Level: Mid-Senior.<br>\n• Management Experience Required: No.<br>\n• Minimum Education: Bachelor's Degree.<br>\n<br>\n<strong><u>Ideal Candidate:</u></strong><br>\n• Local to the surrounding Rocky Hill CT area.<br>\n• Enthusiastic about being in -office 3x per week.<br>\n• Seasoned leader (executive presence.
