However, we are not able to sponsor visas needed now or in the future. </em></strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Wrench Group is a national leader in home services, partnering with top brands across HVAC, plumbing, and electrical to deliver exceptional customer experiences and accelerate growth across a multi-location enterprise.</p>\n<h3>Why Join Wrench Group</h3>\n<ul>\n <li>Build AI-powered analytics from the ground up</li>\n <li>High-impact role with visibility to senior leadership</li>\n <li>Growth and development through Wrench University</li>\n <li>Competitive compensation ($155,000.00-$165,000.00)</li>\n <li>Unlimited PTO with Supervisor partnership</li>\n <li>Comprehensive benefits + 401K match</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<h3><strong>What You’ll Do</strong></h3>\n<ul>\n <li>Architect and deliver GenBI solutions powered by LLMs and natural language query</li>\n <li>Design semantic models, metric layers, and AI-ready data foundations</li>\n <li>Build AI-driven dashboards, automated insights, and intelligent reporting experiences</li>\n <li>Integrate tools like Azure AI, Microsoft Fabric, Power BI, Databricks, and Foundry</li>\n <li>Own the full lifecycle: design → deployment → governance → optimization</li>\n <li>Implement MLOps-style model management, performance monitoring, and data quality controls</li>\n <li>Drive innovation (predictive insights, anomaly detection, conversational analytics)</li>\n <li>Partner with business leaders to turn data into real decisions and outcomes</li>\n <li>Enable adoption through training, documentation, and self-service tools</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<h3><strong>What You Bring</strong></h3>\n<ul>\n <li>5+ years in analytics, BI, or data engineering</li>\n <li>Hands-on experience with GenAI / LLMs (RAG, prompt engineering, AI integration)</li>\n <li>Strong expertise in SQL + semantic modeling (Power BI, dbt, etc.)</li>\n <li>Experience with modern data platforms (Azure, Fabric, Databricks, etc.)</li>\n <li>Ability to design scalable, enterprise-grade analytics solutions</li>\n <li>Strong communicator who can translate complex AI/data into business value</li>\n</ul>\n<p><em>Wrench Group and its affiliates are proud to be an Equal Employment Opportunity employer.
