This group provides consulting services for Class Environmental Assessment, Preliminary Design, and Detail Design projects for public sector clients, including the Ministry of Transportation Ontario [MTO], several Ontario Southwest/GTA municipalities, as well as Metrolinx and Infrastructure Ontario.</p>\n<p><strong>Your Key Responsibilities</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Directing roadway design staff, and managing multi-discipline project teams</li>\n <li>Financial management of projects including budget forecasting, resource management, change-order management, and client invoicing</li>\n <li>Developing proposals, budgets and schedules, and on-going business development and liaison with clients, both internal and external to Stantec</li>\n <li>Collaborating with Transportation Leaders and other Project Managers to identify staffing, equipment, and training requirements</li>\n <li>Supporting the Stantec Quality Management System, and promoting Stantec’s Environmental Health &amp; Safety program</li>\n <li>Ensuring that the required functions of the project are implemented to meet standards</li>\n <li>Developing and delivering progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation, and presentations</li>\n <li>Building a strong culture of quality design and teamwork</li>\n <li>Other duties as assigned/required \"</li>\n</ul>",
