    "ExternalDescriptionStr": "<p>Role Summary</p>\n<p><strong>Product Designer, Design Systems</strong>&nbsp;Design and UX&nbsp;is&nbsp;seeking&nbsp;an&nbsp;experienced&nbsp;product&nbsp;designer to&nbsp;design and build UI components, patterns,&nbsp;AI interaction&nbsp;patterns, and tools that enable designers and engineers to create consistent, high-quality user experiences, including AI-assisted and agentic workflows.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;<br><br><u>About the team: </u>Our Design System team&nbsp;is responsible for&nbsp;user experience and&nbsp;UI libraries across various internal and external products. You will collaborate with other designers, engineers, and design managers on a broad range of design challenges, as we strive to create user-friendly experiences for our audience of product builders.&nbsp; <br><br><u>Key Responsibilities</u>&nbsp; &nbsp;</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Design reusable components and patterns that align with design principles and support consistent implementation across products.&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Create,&nbsp;maintain, and evolve shared UI libraries, templates, and tokens in Figma.&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Define and refine system-level&nbsp;patterns for&nbsp;AI‑assisted&nbsp;workflows, agentic experiences, and generative or dynamic UI.&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Create UX patterns for&nbsp;multi‑step&nbsp;task orchestration,&nbsp;human‑in‑the‑loop&nbsp;review, and other&nbsp;AI‑supported&nbsp;workflows.&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Translate emerging product needs into scalable design system solutions, and document patterns and guidance that enable teams to adopt and extend the system effectively.&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Partner with designers, engineers, and product managers to ensure system patterns are&nbsp;feasible, implemented consistently, and meet product needs; review usage to&nbsp;identify&nbsp;gaps and improvement opportunities.&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Advocate for accessibility across all design system work, including new&nbsp;AI‑driven&nbsp;experiences.&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Establish design system guardrails that reduce&nbsp;ad‑hoc&nbsp;AI UX decisions and improve consistency, quality, and speed across teams.&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Contribute to the ongoing evolution of the design system as new AI interaction models and more adaptive product experiences&nbsp;emerge.&nbsp;</li>\n</ul>\n<p> <u>Minimum&nbsp;Requirements</u>&nbsp;&nbsp;</p>\n<ul>\n <li>4+ years of product design experience in a product-focused technology organization.&nbsp;</li>\n <li>2+ years of experience designing and evolving design systems, including reusable components, patterns, and documentation.&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Portfolio should&nbsp;demonstrate&nbsp;both design systems work and product design for AI-enabled or workflow-heavy experiences.&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Strong skills in visual design, interaction design, and prototyping,&nbsp;demonstrated&nbsp;through a portfolio of desktop and mobile work.&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Strong command of Figma, including&nbsp;component&nbsp;libraries, variables, and advanced system workflows.&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Prior experience designing and shipping AI-enabled product experiences, including AI-assisted workflows, agentic interactions, or generative UI.&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Ability to work within an established direction while independently defining new patterns when needed.&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Experience working closely with cross-functional partners, especially engineering and product.&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex concepts and document decisions clearly.&nbsp;</li>\n</ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<u>Preferred Qualifications</u>&nbsp;&nbsp;</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Experience defining design system guidance for AI-enabled product experiences.&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Experience creating patterns for adaptive, dynamic, or context-aware interfaces.&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Experience&nbsp;with design tokens, variables, and implementation-minded system thinking.&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Strong understanding of accessibility standards such as WCAG and how they apply to evolving interaction models.&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Ability to connect product needs to reusable system solutions that improve consistency and reduce rework.&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Experience helping teams adopt design systems through documentation, reviews, and practical guidance.&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Comfort working in ambiguity and shaping standards in an area that is still evolving.&nbsp;</li>\n</ul>\n<p>&nbsp;  <u>Education</u>&nbsp;&nbsp;</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Bachelor’s/University degree.&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Formal UX education or equivalent professional experience.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Compensation, Benefits and Duration</strong></p>\n<p>Minimum Compensation: USD&nbsp;39,000<br>\n Maximum Compensation: USD&nbsp;136,000<br>\n Compensation is based on actual experience and qualifications of the candidate.
