From September to December, Head Start employees will receive training and accountability in raising the necessary funds for their first four months of employment. The Formation Program begins on May 1st at our New Hire Orientation. The following summer months are spent in initial training and Mission Partnership Development (MPD- see job posting and description).</span></em></span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"color: rgb(34, 34, 34); font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 13px; font-weight: bold\">ADDITIONAL INFO</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(34, 34, 34); font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 15px\">Head Start National HQ Missionaries work in person at CCO's National Headquarters Office, located in Ottawa, Ontario Canada.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(34, 34, 34); font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 15px\">Head Start National HQ Missionaries receive a monthly salary equivalent to the minimum wage of the province of employment and are based on a 40 hour work week. Salaries increase with years of experience.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(34, 34, 34); font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 15px\">All employees of CCO are required to participate in the mission of the New Evangelization within the Catholic Church and work toward the propagation of the Gospel.
