Support </span><span>Worker,</span></span></span><span><span> you will </span><span>be responsible for</span><span>:</span></span><span> </span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Welcome and support youth in a safe, inclusive, and trauma-informed environment.</span></span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Provide </span><span>front</span><span> </span><span>des</span><span>k</span><span>, h</span><span>ousing</span><span>, and general program support while </span><span>maintaining</span><span> clean, safe, and organized spaces.</span></span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Support </span><span>program delivery</span><span>, incl</span><span>uding set</span><span>-up, take-down</span><span>,</span><span> preparing materials and supplies, engaging participants, and </span><span>assisting</span><span> with program-related paperwork.</span></span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Coordinate access to basic needs and </span><span>connect youth with </span><span>appropriate</span><span> internal</span><span> and external </span><span>resources</span><span>.</span></span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Provide administrative support, including documentation, photocopying, scanning</span><span>, and recordkeeping</span><span>.</span></span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Respond to immediate needs and provide crisis intervention using trauma-informed de-escalation techniques.</span></span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Maintain </span><span>accurate</span><span> </span><span>document</span><span>ation, including shift no</span><span>tes, incidents, </span><span>safety plans, and </span><span>communicat</span><span>ing</span><span> effectively </span><span>during staff</span><span> </span><span>handovers</span><span>.</span></span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Ensure continuity of care, access to essential services, and a safe, supportive environment during </span><span>evening,</span><span> ove</span><span>rnig</span><span>ht</span><span> weekend</span><span>, public holiday, and other assigned shifts.</span></span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>A</span><span>bility to </span><span>f</span><span>requently</span><span> lift and carry objects and equipment weighing up to 40 lbs.</span></span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Perform </span><span>other </span><span>related duties style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span><span>Required Credentials</span></span></span><span> </span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Post-secondary education in social services (or equivalent experience). </span></span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Experience working with youth and/or in mental health, addictions, or residential settings. </span></span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Current CPR/First-Aid training is </span><span>required</span><span> (or to be obtained upon being
