    "description": "<h2>Position Summary</h2>\n<p>Odyssey Systems has an exciting new opportunity for an experienced <strong>Junior Program Manager</strong> supporting a high priority acquisition mission within the Air Force Life Cycle Management Center’s C3I and Infrastructure Division (AFLCMC/HNI).</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>The C3I and Infrastructure Division (AFLCMC/HNI) focuses on providing enterprise support to over 110 active Air Force, Air National Guard (ANG), and Air Force Reserve installations and bases. The office also provides technical and policy support and provides C3I infrastructure for the USAF enterprise applications.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>This is a full time position located at Hanscom AFB, Bedford, MA.</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<p><strong>Duties include but not limited to:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Comprehensive knowledge of principles, policies, and practices of systems acquisition and program management, as defined in DoDI 5000.02, AFI 63-101/20-101, as well as knowledge of roles and relationships within the DoD and the Air Force. </li>\n <li>Knowledge of qualitative and quantitative techniques for gathering, analyzing, and measuring the effectiveness, efficiency, and productivity of acquisition programs. </li>\n <li>Knowledge of support activities that assist the program manager in assessing what programs are within schedule and cost baselines, be able to recommend viable solutions to problems, and the pursuit of alternative courses of action. </li>\n <li>Must be able to effectively communicate orally and in writing, providing quality acquisition and program documentation (briefings, documents, plans, etc.). </li>\n <li>Be able to plan, research, analyze, and assess system acquisition in terms of development, production, and deployment of weapons systems and associated equipment as well as formulate plans and recommend effective strategies in meeting cost, schedule and performance objectives. </li>\n <li>Support and develop acquisition reports, including statutory and regulatory reports (i.e., Defense Acquisition Executive Summary (DAES), Monthly Acquisition Report (MAR), etc.). </li>\n <li>Support program management reviews, senior level meeting/reviews, and IMP/IMS reviews. </li>\n <li>Be able to support and develop various briefings/schedules of program status and acquisition tasks to senior management.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p><strong>Citizenship: Must be a US citizen</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><em><strong>Minimum Required Qualifications</strong></em></p>\n<p><strong>Clearance</strong><strong>: </strong>Must have and be able to maintain a Secret Level Clearance</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><em><strong>Preferred Qualifications</strong></em></p>\n<p><strong>Education: </strong>BA/BS Degree in related field</p>\n<p><strong>Years of Experience: </strong>Up to 5 years of professional experience</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><em><strong>Additional Information</strong></em></p>\n<p><strong>Location: </strong>Hanscom AFB, Bedford, MA</p>\n<p><strong>Travel: </strong>Travel may be required per the customer's discretion</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>#LI-RB1</p>\n<h2>Company Overview</h2>\n<p><strong>Odyssey </strong>is a world-class technical, engineering, and integration company serving the warfighting ecosystem with airborne integration, ISR, C2, and warfighter readiness capabilities.
