The goal of the program is to help build positive peer relationships and strengthen social transitions for young people exiting foster care. WAY Coach Supervisor will be responsible for monitoring coaches 1:1 coaching, and assisting in areas of social, education, employment, with emphasis on social and networking development as well as data entry into Care4 system.
