    "requisitionDescription": "<div><p><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\">Shift: Monday through Friday 6:15am to 3:30pm</span></p><p><br></p><p data-pasted=\"true\"><strong>Position Purpose&nbsp;</strong></p><p>&nbsp;Responsible for injection mold changes, startup of new jobs, troubleshooting and resolving process problems, and optimizing machine cycles. &nbsp;</p><p><strong>&nbsp;Essential Duties and responsibilities&nbsp;</strong></p><ul><li>Performs the startup and processing of jobs.</li><li>Accountable for pulling and setting molds.</li><li>Verify process parameters for product specifications such as dimensions and tolerances and maintain equipment to established criteria.</li><li>Process, troubleshoot and remedy solutions that do not meet specifications, non-conformities, and material issues.</li><li>Responsible for ensuring that the end of run process clearances have correctly taken place&nbsp;</li><li>Robot set up (at certain locations).</li><li>Verify machines are operating according to standard cycles, allowable scrap, work instructions and quality plan.</li><li>Ensure proper housekeeping.</li><li>Responsible for following all established Vaupell policies, standard operating procedures and safety practices.&nbsp;</li><li>Other duties as assigned.</li></ul><p><strong>Job Qualifications/Requirements&nbsp;</strong></p><ul><li>High School Diploma/general education degree (GED)</li><li>3 years plastic injection process technician experience or RJG Master Molder Certificate.</li><li>Read and interpret documents, i.e. blueprints, drawings, operating instructions, workorders, and procedural manuals.</li><li>Forklift and crane experience preferred and/or able to obtain certifications within 30-days.</li><li>Math comprehension to add, subtract and multiply and divide whole numbers, common fractions and decimals.</li><li>Ability to read, speak, understand and follow instructions in English.</li><li>Must be able to wear and properly use the required personal protective equipment.</li></ul><p>Candidates must be a &ldquo;US Person&rdquo; (i.e. US Citizen or Permanent Resident) to ensure Vaupell&#39;s compliance with ITAR (International Traffic in Arms Regulations) and EAR (Export Administration Regulations)&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Environmental Condition&nbsp;</strong></p><p>While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently exposed to moving mechanical parts. The employee is occasionally exposed to fumes, airborne particles, and vibrations.
