    "description_html": "<p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Location: Exceptional - Port Arthur/Orange/Beaumont</strong></p><p><strong>Reports to: Chief Marketing Officer</strong></p><p><br></p><p><strong>Summary</strong></p><p><br></p><p>The Regional Growth Manager is a critical member of the marketing team and is responsible for achieving and surpassing volume growth goals and go-to-market efforts across assigned regions. This position is responsible for delivering marketing ROI, which includes but is not limited to, strategies aimed at growing patient volume, delivering commercial business development partnership opportunities, working with facility staff to develop sustainable continuum of care patterns with community healthcare providers and building positive brand recognition for Altus Community Health and its family of health care brands.</p><p>In collaboration with the Chief Marketing Officer, affiliated and external physician and community leaders the Regional Growth Manager will work to identify volume and service-line growth opportunities, understand competitive dynamics and create dynamic strategies that achieve and exceed annual goals.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Essential Duties and Responsibilities</strong> &nbsp;</p><ul><li>Utilize consultative selling&nbsp;skills to cultivate win-win relationships with key referral sources to drive&nbsp;patient volume to facilities</li><li>Support Develop and execute&nbsp;programs to meaningfully engage with prospective and current patients to&nbsp;generate self-referrals</li><li>Act as a brand ambassador and&nbsp;community liaison to build reputation in and connection to the communities we&nbsp;serve&nbsp;</li><li>Work collaboratively with brand&nbsp;teams to execute local marketing campaigns</li><li>Successfully execute product&nbsp;launches (e.g. promotion, education, etc.) to meet regional goals</li><li>Gather, assimilate and analyze market and competitive information to ensure local marketing activities are&nbsp;effective and efficient&nbsp;</li><li>Act as marketing liaison to&nbsp;regional staff.</li><li>Facilitate and grow relationship&nbsp;with facility and regional staff</li></ul><p><strong>Other Job Functions</strong></p><ul><li>Achieve sales visit goals as assigned&nbsp;weekly</li><li>Maintain and mine the&nbsp;referral/contact database&nbsp;</li><li>Continually update competitor maps</li><li>Provide weekly/monthly reporting&nbsp;as assigned</li><li>Attend staff meetings or other&nbsp;company sponsored or mandated meetings as required</li><li>Travel to all facility locations within assign region</li><li>Perform additional duties as assigned</li></ul>",
