          "text": "<p><strong>Fishmonger</strong></p><p>A Fishmonger attends to the fish preparation needs of guests, including selection, advice, cutting, cleaning, weighing, and packaging. This role reports to the Fresh Market Manager.</p><p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Assist guests with fish selection and share knowledge of preparation and cooking techniques -&#xa0;provide top notch guest service</li><li>Cut, clean, and prepare whole fish and shellfish</li><li>Cook fish and shellfish for salads&#xa0;and catering dishes</li><li>Weigh, package, and label fish</li><li>Display and store food at appropriate temperatures in accordance with Department of Health standards&#xa0;and maintain proper shellfish tag records</li><li>Stock the counter neatly, accurately, and in a timely manner according to pricing menus, and promptly inform management when fish quantities or supplies are low</li><li>Clean workstations thoroughly</li><li>Perform other duties as required or assigned</li></ul><p><strong>Compensation</strong><br>\nThe hourly rate for this role is $21.00/hr -$23.00/hr.</p>",
