In this role, you will play a vital part in helping individuals maintain their independence through personalised care and support. As a Support Worker, you will join a friendly and supportive community where you will contribute to our mission of compassionate care.<br>Responsibilities</p>\n<ul>\n<li>Provide personalised support to clients in their homes, ensuring their safety and comfort.</li>\n<li>Assist with daily activities such as personal care, medication management, and mobility.</li>\n<li>Foster positive relationships through mentoring and empathetic communication.</li>\n<li>Collaborate with team members to develop tailored care plans.</li>\n<li>Maintain accurate records of care provided.</li>\n<li>Promote independence and well-being for all clients.</li>\n</ul>\n<p>Qualifications</p>\n<ul>\n<li>Experience or interest in working with the elderly and clients with care and support needs</li>\n<li>Ability to support clients effectively.</li>\n<li>Compassionate attitude with excellent communication skills.</li>\n<li>Ability to work independently and as part of a team.</li>\n<li>Relevant qualifications in health or social care are a plus but not essential.</li>\n<li>Reliable and adaptable with good organisational skills.</li>\n</ul>\n<p>Essential</p>\n<ul>\n<li>To apply for this role you would need to be a car driver with access to a vehicle.
