Once the school year starts, lessons will continue with lower frequency.</li><li>Lesson length: <strong>60 minutes</strong> for each student</li><li>Student’s location: Lessons are to be held at the student's home in Summerlin, Las Vegas, NV</li><li>Current English level: Possibly high-beginners </li><li>Language spoken at home: Japanese </li><li>Students’ language needs and goals: First, they would like to focus on essential English skills, survival English, socialization, etc., and later some academic support (e.g., reading and listening comprehension)</li></ul><p>Responsibilities:</p><ul><li>Delivering tailored, dynamic, effective, and engaging lessons</li><li>Developing curricula based on learners’ proficiency level and desired outcomes</li><li>Monitoring students’ progress and guiding learners towards learning goals</li><li>Communicating in an efficient, effective, and professional manner</li></ul><p>Qualifications:</p><ul><li>To have a native or near-native written and spoken proficiency in the target language</li><li>To have a degree or certification in language teaching, education, instructional design, writing, language, linguistics, second-language acquisition, or a related field. </li><li>To have a minimum of two years of experience teaching ESL</li><li>Experience teaching children is a must.</li></ul><p>All Global LT instructor positions are freelance positions.
