          "text": "<p>The Lead Infrastructure Engineer plays a critical role in designing, implementing, and managing the backbone of FBIN’s IT infrastructure. As part of the FBIN IT Infrastructure team, this individual is responsible for ensuring the seamless integration of hardware, software, networks, and cloud services to support business operations effectively. As a lead engineer, they will lead teams, strategize technology solutions, and ensure systems' reliability, scalability, and security.</p><p><strong>Infrastructure Design &amp; Strategy</strong></p><ul><li>Develop scalable infrastructure solutions that meet current and future business requirements by working closely with the Infrastructure and Architecture teams.</li><li>Define and promote strategies to efficiently integrate highly available and fault-tolerant infrastructure solutions across cloud (Azure) and on-premises environments, including active/active data center architectures.</li><li>Evaluate emerging technologies—including AI/ML infrastructure support, containerization, and edge computing—to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation.</li></ul><p><strong>System Implementation &amp; Maintenance</strong></p><ul><li>Storage &amp; Backup: Design, manage, and support complex enterprise storage solutions (NetApp/EMC) and backup platforms (Commvault) deployed across on-prem and cloud environments. Lead storage migrations, capacity planning, and lifecycle management.</li><li>Compute &amp; Virtualization: Administer the deployment, configuration, and maintenance of virtual server environments (VMware vSphere, Hyper-V) and cloud compute resources (Azure VMs, AVD).</li><li>Networking: Support enterprise network infrastructure including Cisco Route/Switch, Arista, Fortinet firewalls, Aryaka SD-WAN, and Juniper Mist Wireless.</li><li>Ensure optimal system performance, including uptime, speed, and resource utilization through proactive monitoring and tuning.</li><li>Automate routine infrastructure processes through scripting and Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) tools such as Ansible, Terraform, or PowerShell.</li></ul><p><strong>Team Leadership</strong></p><ul><li>Lead and mentor a team of infrastructure engineers, fostering professional growth, collaboration, and a culture of continuous improvement aligned with the FBIN Blueprint.</li><li>Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including software development, cybersecurity, enterprise architecture, and IT operations.</li><li>Develop training programs and knowledge-sharing practices to keep team members current with evolving technologies and industry best practices.</li></ul><p><strong>Security and Compliance</strong></p><ul><li>Implement robust security measures, including firewalls, intrusion detection systems, network segmentation, and encryption technologies.</li><li>Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations such as SOX, GDPR, HIPAA, or PCI-DSS.</li><li>Monitor systems for vulnerabilities and respond proactively to security incidents.
