Accurately maintaining date in ATS while ensuring optimal candidate and manager experience from screening through offer.</li><li>Establish and maintain professional relationships with high schools, technical schools, universities, alumni organizations and community organizations, in support of remaining relevant in the community and &nbsp;to help identify and source qualified candidates.</li><li>Work closely with managers and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention. Manages and resolves employee relations issues.
