    "description": "<h2>Description</h2>\n<p>Markon is seeking a ServiceNow Business Analyst / Program Manager to support a highly cleared Intelligence Community customer by driving business process improvement, workflow optimization, and program management activities. This role supports strategic planning, stakeholder coordination, ServiceNow-related initiatives, and operational process improvements to enhance mission support capabilities across the organization.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Support ServiceNow-related business process improvement and workflow management activities</li>\n <li>Assist with strategic planning, program execution, and operational support efforts</li>\n <li>Gather and document business requirements and coordinate with technical and operational stakeholders</li>\n <li>Develop and maintain program documentation, reports, dashboards, and executive briefings</li>\n <li>Coordinate meetings, schedules, agendas, action items, and program review activities</li>\n <li>Support work-plan development, progress tracking, and risk management efforts</li>\n <li>Conduct training and stakeholder engagement sessions to support process adoption and organizational transition</li>\n <li>Analyze operational processes and recommend improvements to increase efficiency and standardization</li>\n <li>Support corporate action tasking and documentation efforts for leadership and external stakeholders</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Active TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph required</li>\n <li>Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Management, or related field required and 8+ years of experience</li>\n <li>Experience supporting ServiceNow initiatives, workflow management, or business process improvement efforts</li>\n <li>Experience supporting Government programmatic activities or systems integration efforts</li>\n <li>Experience gathering business requirements and coordinating across stakeholder groups</li>\n <li>Experience developing presentations, reports, dashboards, and program documentation</li>\n <li>Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills</li>\n <li>Experience with planning, meeting coordination, and progress tracking</li>\n <li>Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment</li>\n <li>Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook</li>\n <li>Familiarity with ServiceNow platform capabilities and operational workflows preferred</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Salary Range</h2>USD $160,000.00 - USD $185,000.00 /Yr.The Markon pay range for this position is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary.
