Description

Milestone One is a Site Enabling Services organization with global headquarters in Zug, Switzerland. We understand what clinical study sites need and our overall mission is to support sites in stronger study delivery. We are looking for a proactive HR Generalist to join Milestone One! The  HR Generalist  plays a key role in supporting day-to-day human resources operations and ensuring the company’s HR practices are compliant, efficient, and aligned with business goals. This position is responsible for administering HR policies and procedures, managing employee relations, supporting payroll processing, maintaining HR records, and assisting with performance management and benefits administration. Key Responsibilities Serve as the first point of contact for HR-related inquiries from employees. Providing day-to-day HR support and guidance to employees. Administer employee benefits programs and benefit communications. Administer all employee leave programs, including FMLA, ADA, state-specific leaves, personal leaves, and other time-off requests. Maintain accurate and confidential employee records in HRIS and personnel files. Partner with managers to address employee relations issues, conduct investigations, and recommend appropriate actions. Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures in compliance with federal, state, and local laws. Support payroll processing by providing accurate employee data and resolving discrepancies. Identifying and implementing solutions that support employee motivation and engagement. Coordinating background checks and ensuring all reports are complete and properly tracked. What We Offer Professional development opportunities and cross-functional learning.
