    "description": "<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span style=\"color: #666666; font-family: Arial; font-size: 16px\">BACKGROUND </span></span></p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #666666; font-family: Arial; font-size: 16px\">Cascadia Mobility is an independent Oregon public benefit 501(c)(3) professional shared and active transportation operations nonprofit. </span><br></p>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #666666; font-family: Arial; font-size: 16px\">We work to build a better transportation future by operating programs, including but not limited to two-wheeled transit. <span style=\"color: rgb(102, 102, 102); font-family: Arial; font-size: 12pt\">We are growing our </span><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><a href=\"https://www.cascadiamobility.org/our-team\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial; font-size: 12pt\">team</span></a></span><span style=\"color: rgb(102, 102, 102); font-family: Arial; font-size: 12pt\"> as our scope broadens.</span></span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span style=\"color: #666666; font-family: Arial; font-size: 16px\">ELIGIBILITY &amp; AVAILABILITY</span></span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\">Applicants must be available for at least 2-4 regularly-scheduled days, including at least one weekend day. </span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span style=\"color: #666666; font-family: Arial; font-size: 16px\">SCOPE OF RESPONSIBILITY</span></span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #666666; font-family: Arial; font-size: 16px\">The Operations </span><a href=\"https://www.cascadiamobility.org/our-team\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial; font-size: 16px\">team</span></span></a><span style=\"color: #666666; font-family: Arial; font-size: 16px\"> is nimble and tight-knit. You’ll first use web-based map and data tools to make a list of rentable vehicles that need attention. Based on your list, you’ll build a route and select one of our ops vehicles—van, e-trike, and e-bike—to complete your route.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #666666; font-family: Arial; font-size: 16px\">Though no formal experience is required, </span><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span style=\"color: #666666; font-family: Arial; font-size: 16px\">mechanical aptitude, wayfinding, and computer literacy are strongly preferred</span></span><span style=\"color: #666666; font-family: Arial; font-size: 16px\">. Our training program will cumulatively and comprehensively build your skill and confidence in mechanical service, hardware, and software. </span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #666666; font-family: Arial; font-size: 16px\">Cascadia Mobility is a growing, dynamic organization; successful candidates will be team players with personal initiative and a positive attitude. Our operations team supports all facets of the company. During fair-weather months, team members may be asked to fill <a href=\"https://www.cascadiamobility.org/services\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">valet/event</a> shifts as needs dictate.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span style=\"color: #666666; font-family: Arial; font-size: 16px\">DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES</span></span></p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #666666; font-family: Arial; font-size: 16px\">Operations Technicians work with each other and our customer service team to ensure clean, functional vehicles are in the right places at the right times.</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: #666666; font-family: Arial; font-size: 16px\">Follow our best practices safely, consistently, and efficiently.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #666666; font-family: Arial; font-size: 16px\">Use digital tools to evaluate system health to self-assign and prioritize tasks.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #666666; font-family: Arial; font-size: 16px\">Operate motor- and light-electric vehicles in dense urban environments.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #666666; font-family: Arial; font-size: 16px\">Support Marketing and Programs events with logistics and customer service as needed.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #666666; font-family: Arial; font-size: 16px\">Load and unload vehicles for distribution or “rebalancing.”</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #666666; font-family: Arial; font-size: 16px\">Inspect and evaluate rental vehicles and hardware for safety, function, and cleanliness, and file reports accordingly.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #666666; font-family: Arial; font-size: 16px\">Reboot and troubleshoot hardware.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #666666; font-family: Arial; font-size: 16px\">Respond to customer service tickets and management priorities in real-time.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #666666; font-family: Arial; font-size: 16px\">Communicate effectively with other team members to share work.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #666666; font-family: Arial; font-size: 16px\">Perform standard removal and replacement of parts at the end of their service life.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #666666; font-family: Arial; font-size: 16px\">Receive and track inventory as it is consumed.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #666666; font-family: Arial; font-size: 16px\">Create and maintain a clean and sanitary workplace.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #666666; font-family: Arial; font-size: 16px\">Attend weekly team meetings, or make time to closely review meeting notes.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #666666; font-family: Arial; font-size: 16px\">Objectively report variations from standard procedure.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #666666; font-family: Arial; font-size: 16px\">Deeply familiarize yourself with our services and share information with customers.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #666666; font-family: Arial; font-size: 16px\">Other duties as assigned.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span style=\"color: #666666; font-family: Arial; font-size: 16px\">QUALIFICATIONS</span></span></p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #666666; font-family: Arial; font-size: 16px\">Required:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: #666666; font-family: Arial; font-size: 16px\">Available at least one weekend day.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #666666; font-family: Arial; font-size: 16px\">Clear, positive written and verbal communication skills.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #666666;
