Responsible for: 1) Improvement of existing methods or implementation of new technology of proven validity; 2) Maintain complete and accurate documentation of data generated and work performed; 3) Organizing new method validation data, preparing data for publication and peer review, and participating in formal presentations within the institution; 4) Aiding in the investigation, installation, evaluation, and purchase of laboratory equipment, instrumentation, reagent systems, and other specialty items and 5) Participates in the training of laboratory staff, residents, and students in principles of methods and application within the laboratory as needed.</p>\n<p><strong>**This position is not eligible for visa sponsorship.
