We are seeking an Admissions Representative to join our team in a fully onsite role, working on campus 5 days per week. Respond promptly and professionally to inquiries from prospective students who’ve expressed interest in Unitek programs. Make 100–150 outbound daily phone calls to assess interest, build rapport, and schedule admissions interviews. Conduct consultative in-person or virtual interviews that present program options, career pathways, and educational outcomes. Follow up with interested prospects to answer questions, remove barriers, and collect required admissions documents. Accurately document all student contacts and admissions activity in Nexus/CampusVue. Who you are: Empathetic, mission-driven communicator who believes education changes lives and strengthens healthcare. Comfortable with high-volume outbound outreach and professional follow-up. Strong consultative sales approach — you listen, advise, and guide prospects toward the best path. Organized and detail-oriented with experience using CRM or student information systems (experience with Nexus or CampusVue a plus). Previous admissions, enrollment, healthcare recruiting, or higher-education sales experience preferred. Minimum 2 years customer service, telemarketing or sales experience(including admissions experience) Demonstrated ability to fulfill Company Key Behaviors Excellent presentation skills Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite: Word, Excel, Outlook Ability to work assigned/flexible hours necessary to complete the job on a weekly basis We Offer: Medical, Dental and Vision starting the 1st of the month following 30 days of employment 2 Weeks’ starting Vacation per year.  Increasing based on years of service with company 12 paid Holidays and 2 Floating Holiday Company Paid Life Insurance at 1x’s your annual salary Leadership development and training for career advancement Tuition assistance and Forgiveness for you and your family up to 100% depending on the program
