Areas of manufacturing covered include:</p>\n<p> </p>\n<ul>\n<li>Aerospace and defence</li>\n<li>Power generation</li>\n<li>Motorsport</li>\n<li>Oil and gas</li>\n<li>Medical</li>\n<li>Automotive</li>\n<li>Precision component manufacture</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>At Mills CNC, we take pride in our well-established reputation for delivering exclusive machine tools that are renowned for their quality, reliability, and performance.  </p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>The Pre Sales department is an integral part of the Mills CNC sales process.  Using their engineering expertise, our team of project engineers create solutions for customers to improve productivity.  From machine demonstration to full turnkey proposal including automation solutions.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>What you’ll be doing:</p>\n<ul>\n<li>Using your engineering expertise to support the sales team</li>\n<li>Developing presentations demonstrating the major features and benefits of Mills and its product range to our customers.<br></li>\n<li>Use CADCAM and 3D modelling software to prepare simulations and time estimates.</li>\n<li>Program and set machines for customer demonstrations.<br></li>\n<li>Visit customer sites around the UK and Ireland to support regional Business Managers.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>Who we’re looking for:</p>\n<ul>\n<li>Must be living within commuting distance of Mills CNC Technology Campus, Leamington Spa as this is mainly an office based role.<br></li>\n<li>Excellent communication skills  <br></li>\n<li>Self-motivated and proactive mindset, able to manage their own time and workload<br></li>\n<li>A good level of IT literacy</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>Skills or Qualifications for the role:</p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #222222; font-family: Lato, sans-serif; font-size: 15px\"> </span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>In-depth knowledge of Fanuc Control Systems: Essential</li>\n<li>In-depth knowledge of Heidenhain Control Systems: Strongly preferred</li>\n<li>In-depth knowledge of Siemens Control Systems: Strongly preferred</li>\n<li>Hands on experience of setting / operating and programming of multi axis machine tools: Essential<br></li>\n<li>Knowledge of 3D modelling and CAM software systems: Essential</li>\n<li>Robot automation experience: preferred<br></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>In addition to the standard 25 days of annual leave (plus Bank Holidays) and an attractive salary package, the selected candidate will enjoy a comprehensive range of benefits, such as life assurance, private healthcare, and discounts at renowned gyms and retailers nationwide, among other perks available through our employee benefits scheme.  A Company Car is included within this role.</p>",
