This position is ideal for a motivated professional looking to develop and grow their financial and personnel management expertise while contributing to projects of national importance.</p>\n<p>This is a hybrid position, requiring four (3) days per week on-site.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>                                                                                                                        ***This position is contingent upon contract award***</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<p><strong>Duties include, but are not limited to:</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Financial Planning & Analysis:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Apply financial and accounting principles to provide Leadership with accurate and reliable income statement analysis to provide insight into operational trends.</li>\n <li>Provide monthly internal financial reporting and forecasting to the Controller and Aviation Executive Director/Director Leadership.</li>\n <li>Participate in Aviation monthly and quarterly financial analysis review with the Aviation leadership team; build presentation material for leadership review.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Operations & Contract Execution:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Assist group and division leadership with business management support for a large and complex portfolio.</li>\n <li>Produce monthly contract deliverables and engage with customer leadership to discuss and review.</li>\n <li>Provide financial and operations analysis to provide insight and recommendations regarding the execution of contracts in the Aviation portfolio (Cost, Schedule, Performance) portfolio, to include current and past contracts in preparation for contract closeout.</li>\n <li>Maintain insight into all portfolio financial and manpower execution and projections, actively coordinating with Government, Odyssey, and Subcontractor points of contact to ensure accurate and timely hours and financial reports, as well as invoices, are produced and delivered accurately on time.</li>\n <li>Support the Odyssey program and functional managers by providing several informational reports, detailed analyses, and guidance regarding employee and subcontractor utilization of hours, travel, and funding execution.</li>\n <li>Apply contract, accounting, and financial management expertise to assist managers with the successful planning and execution of day-to-day operations.</li>\n <li>Actively engage with Odyssey managers to ensure optimal employee hour usage per contract requirements.</li>\n <li>Maintain visibility into Odyssey and subcontractor expenditures and funding balances communicating funding requirements to internal and external stakeholders as required promptly.</li>\n <li>Establish close working relationships with Government, Odyssey contracting, and financial analysts.</li>\n <li>Lead recurring meetings in coordination with multiple Odyssey departments, including Odyssey Accounting, Finance, and Contracts Department POCs.</li>\n <li>Partner with Odyssey Talent Acquisition POCs to ensure coordinated tracking of recruitment efforts.</li>\n <li>Be able to manage a myriad of tasks and initiatives simultaneously. Actively manage a predictable routine ‘battle rhythm’ that enables efficiency and continuous process improvement.</li>\n <li>Update and accurately maintain a complex funding execution and forecasting model.</li>\n <li>Assess funding health to ensure appropriate levels are projected and available to support contract requirements.</li>\n <li>Readily communicate financial needs to expedite funding transactions needed for the continuity of operations.</li>\n <li>Leads routine meetings with the Government to review reports, invoices, and contract deliverables to explain detail, identify and provide forward notice of risks or issues, and alert of actual or potential deviations.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>                                                                                                                    ***This position is contingent upon contract award***</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p><strong>Minimum Required Qualifications:</strong></p>\n<p><strong>Citizenship:</strong> Must be a US citizen</p>\n<p><strong>Clearance:</strong> Ability to obtain a Secret Clearance</p>\n<p><strong>Education:</strong> BS in Accounting, Finance, or Business</p>\n<p><strong>Years experience:</strong> At least five (5) years of experience in a DoD financial planning and analysis, business management, or personnel management role</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Expert-level proficiency in Microsoft Excel, connecting external data, consolidating data, and utilizing highly complex formulas.</li>\n <li>Experience with DELTEK Costpoint and Cognos reporting</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Preferred Qualifications:</strong><strong>Clearance:</strong> Active Clearance<strong>Years experience:</strong> Five plus (5+) years of experience managing financial analysis and business management for Cost Plus Fixed Fee, Cost Plus Fixed Fee Level of Effort, Firm Fixed Price, and Time & Materials contracts</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Department of Defense Acquisition experience</li>\n <li>Accounting and/or Financial Audit experience</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Interpersonal Skills:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Strong ability to communicate across all levels of the organization with both internal and external customers</li>\n <li>Critical thinking skills</li>\n <li>Ability to prioritize workloads to support the needs of a dynamic and geographically dispersed team</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Additional Information:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li><strong>Location:</strong> Robins AFB, GA</li>\n <li>Hybrid role, four (3) days a week in the office</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>                                                                                                                    ***This position is contingent upon contract award***</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>#LI-MP1</p>\n<h2>Company Overview</h2>\n<p><strong>Odyssey </strong>is a world-class technical, engineering, and integration company serving the warfighting ecosystem with airborne integration, ISR, C2, and warfighter readiness capabilities.
