Discover all the possibilities of a career at Northside today.</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<p>Supervises and leads department functions, including serving and delivering meals, menu planning, food preparation, sanitation, and appropriate record keeping.</p>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p><strong><u>REQUIRED</u></strong></p>\n<li>Three (3) years of experience in a Hospital, major Food Service establishment, catering service or in storeroom/purchasing OR 1 year of leadership experience in healthcare food service.</li>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong><u>PREFERRED</u></strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<li>Certification by Dietary Manager's Association </li>\n<li>Previous experience in health care.</li>\n<li>One (1) year of experience in a supervisory capacity in a hospital, major food service establishment or catering service. </li>\n<li>Demonstrated knowledge of common diet modifications</li>\n<li>Demonstrated knowledge of cafeteria operations</li>\n<li>Ability to maintain proper cash-handling procedures.</li>\n<li>Ability to supervise and direct food service operations and personnel.</li>\n<li>Working knowledge of personal computer applications. </li>\n<h2>Work Hours:</h2>5:30am-5:30pm\n<h2>Weekend Requirements:</h2>Yes- Rotating Basis\n<h2>On-Call Requirements:</h2>No",
