Description

Student Ambassadors are a student-led service team housed within the Office of the President, designed to support campus-wide needs while providing direct assistance with presidential events and administrative operations. Members of the Student Ambassadors serve as a flexible, reliable resource for projects, programs, and day-to-day functions that enhance the university community. Key Responsibilities Provide general support for campus initiatives, events, and projects as assigned Assist with planning, setup, execution, and breakdown of events hosted by the Office of the President Perform administrative tasks including answering phones, responding to emails, and managing basic correspondence Support scheduling needs, including coordinating meetings and maintaining calendars Serve as a point of contact for internal inquiries and direct requests to appropriate offices Assist with special projects that require a dependable, detail-oriented student team Represent the Office of the President with professionalism and discretion
