Does the challenge of moving rock and dirt, building roads and municipal systems, and delivering projects safely and efficiently alongside a diverse team make your clock tick?</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>We’re seeking an experienced Civil Project Coordinator with a background in civil construction and/or engineering who is ready to jump-start their career with a company that has a long-standing history in BC roadbuilding. With a diverse fleet of equipment, a supportive team, and opportunities for professional growth, you’ll play a valuable role in projects that make a difference in communities across the province.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>As a Civil Coordinator, you’ll support the successful execution of civil construction projects by coordinating site activities, assisting with surveying and inspections, and ensuring accurate reporting. You’ll work closely with field teams and leadership to keep projects running smoothly and safely. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys being hands-on, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is comfortable working outdoors on active construction sites.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>This role is based out of Kelowna, with the possibility of travel to out-of-town projects on a rotational schedule. If you are positive, people-oriented, and eager to grow in the civil construction industry, this could be the role for you!</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Your Key Responsibilities</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Coordinate project activities and develop project schedules.</li>\n<li>Perform quality control assessments and project inspections.</li>\n<li>Compile and complete reports.</li>\n<li>Assist Project superintendent with crew supervision.</li>\n<li>Perform other labour duties as required by management.</li>\n<li>Assist with site surveying and quantities.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Your Qualifications &amp; Skills</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Successfully completed their technical diploma or degree in civil engineering.</li>\n<li>Must have a minimum of 3-years’ experience working within a Contracting firm on civil construction sites.</li>\n<li>Understanding and competency using GPS and/or total station for surveying and layout.</li>\n<li>Have a strong work ethic and works well in a team environment.</li>\n<li>Be willing to travel within the province for work.</li>\n<li>Natural ability to solve problems, communicate clearly and effectively.</li>\n<li>Be flexible and willing to work night shifts if required.</li>\n<li>Enjoy working outdoors in a fast paced and challenging environment.</li>\n<li>Valid Canadian driver’s license and clean driving abstract required.</li>\n<li>Physically capable of walking on uneven terrain, climbing slopes, and carrying 20 kilograms.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">What We Offer</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>The chance to be part of landmark projects that shape communities across British Columbia, while building your career with a company that’s been trusted for over 85 years.
