The Cedars of Chapel Hill is an upscale retirement community with over 400 Members. We believe team members are our greatest resource and are looking for people who share our commitment to provide quality care for seniors and their families. We deliver high-quality care with a personal touch and encourage our Members to enjoy life to the fullest.
The Cedars is seeking a professional and enthusiastic Bartender to provide an excellent Member experience. Responsibilities will include: take orders, provide service and requested items both graciously and courteously. Answer pertinent questions about drink items. Clear all tableware from tables and bar after service. Stock, restock, and rotate supplies. Prepare garnishes for bar use and snack trays. Maintain all documents necessary to accurately account for Member and guest charges. Assist supervisor with inventory of supplies. Will be responsible for the amount of alcohol a member is served regardless of transportation mode.
Requirements and skills:
Proven working experience as a Bartender
Excellent knowledge of mixing, garnishing and serving drinks
Positive attitude and excellent communication skills
Ability to keep the bar organized, stocked and clean
Hours: Full Time and Part Time
