This key role is not only pivotal in cybersecurity engineering but also in ensuring strict adherence to RMF and FISMA within the IMCOM G9 project’s scope. You, as the Cyber Engineer will be instrumental in supporting the Family, Morale, Welfare, and Recreation (FMWR) mission, crucial for the welfare of Soldiers and Families in various garrisons and FMWR facilities. Your role involves a customer-focused approach, where you will be responsible for delivering precise cyber-related input. This includes the effective and efficient documentation of artifacts such as Security Plans, Implementation Plans, and Plan of Action & Milestones, along with providing the Fund with insightful management reports. Your ability to adapt to operational changes is essential for this position. As a Cyber Engineer, you will ensure that all cybersecurity activities are in strict alignment with the requirements of the IT systems, adhering to government standards and policies related to cybersecurity and RMF. You will serve as the principal interface between the cybersecurity team and government representatives, ensuring project alignment with the strategic objectives of IMCOM G9.
