See what Tank Connection has in store for your future!</span></strong></strong></p><p><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, sans-serif; font-size: 12px;\"><strong>Position Summary:&nbsp;</strong> Inside Sales will provide quote and sales support with direct communication to Regional Sales Managers, Inside Sales Manager, representatives, and in-house departments.<br><br><strong>Inside Sales Duties and Responsibilities:</strong><br>Core responsibility is quote support executed in an efficient, accurate manner.<br>Quote responsibility includes quote design, quote pricing and formal quote generation using in-house Tank Connection (TC) programs.<br>Efficiently operate, update and maintain critical quote data within the company Customer Relationship Management (CRM).<br>Acquire in-depth knowledge of the company through training, company policies, products and selling methods.<br>Continuing Tank 101 education is essential and must be completed on an annual basis through classroom sessions, field training and web conferencing.<br>Provide backup to expedite the resolution of customer concerns as needed.<br>Stays up-to-date with product applications, technical services, market conditions, competitive activities, advertising and promotional trends through the reading of pertinent literature.<br>Prepare for and participate in company sales meetings.<br>Participates in trade shows and conventions.<br>Keep project documents current and accurate according to company ISO 9001 policy.<br>Travel will be minimal but required to provide hands on customer service or other sales support related needs.<br>May perform other duties as assigned.</span></p><p><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, sans-serif; font-size: 12px;\"><strong>Inside Sales Skills and Specifications:</strong><br>Strong verbal and written communication skills; with the ability to effectively communicate complex commercial or technical information.<br>Demonstrated proficiency with G-Suite, MS Word, Outlook, and Excel.<br>Willingness to learn and understand basic drafting skills.<br>Solid problem-solving skills.<br>Able to manage multi-task work in a fast-paced environment.<br>Able to establish and maintain healthy working relationships with people in course of work.<br>Willingness to work additional hours in order to meet job requirements.</span></p><p><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, sans-serif; font-size: 12px;\"><strong>Inside Sales Education and Qualifications:</strong><br>High School diploma or its equivalent is required.<br>Associates Degree in General Studies or related field is preferred.<br>Basic knowledge of bolted and welded tanks and their related parts is preferred.</span></p><p><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, sans-serif; font-size: 12px;\"><strong>Inside Sales Physical Requirements:</strong><br>While performing the duties of Inside Sales, the employee is occasionally required to stand; walk; sit; use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools or controls; reach with hands and arms; climb stairs; balance; stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl; talk or hear; taste or smell. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by the job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.</span></p><p><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, sans-serif; font-size: 12px;\"><strong>Inside Sales Work Environment:</strong><br>While performing the duties of Inside Sales, the employee is exposed to weather conditions prevalent at the time.
