Let’s change the game together.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>The Design Engineer will support high‑priority reverse engineering and MRO programs where legacy data is incomplete, outdated, or unavailable. This role focuses on transforming physical hardware into complete, manufacturing‑ready CAD models and drawings, enabling rapid execution in time‑sensitive environments while ensuring quality, accuracy, and design intent.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<ul>\n <li>Perform reverse engineering of mechanical components and assemblies using physical hardware, scan data, and partial documentation</li>\n <li>Develop 3D CAD models and fully detailed 2D drawings (GD&T, materials, finishes, tolerances) suitable for manufacturing and MRO use</li>\n <li>Convert legacy, hand‑drawn, or incomplete data into modern, production‑ready drawing packages</li>\n <li>Support high‑urgency programs where speed to market is critical</li>\n <li>Collaborate with manufacturing and shop personnel to validate fit‑up, weld fixtures, and assembly sequencing</li>\n <li>Create or support fixture and tooling concepts for disassembly and reassembly processes</li>\n <li>Apply engineering judgment to establish nominal values and tolerances where original design intent is unknown</li>\n <li>Work iteratively with stakeholders to resolve design gaps impacting manufacturability</li>\n <li>Maintain configuration control and support internal design reviews</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<ul>\n <li>Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent experience</li>\n <li>5+ years of experience in mechanical design or reverse engineering</li>\n <li>Strong proficiency in SolidWorks</li>\n <li>Demonstrated experience creating manufacturing‑ready drawings without full OEM design data</li>\n <li>Solid understanding of GD&T, tolerance stack‑up, and form‑fit‑function principles</li>\n <li>Experience supporting MRO, legacy products, or obsolescence‑driven programs</li>\n <li>Comfortable working hands‑on with physical hardware and shop floor teams</li>\n <li>Experience with 3D scanning and Scan‑to‑CAD workflows (e.g., Creaform Scan‑to‑CAD)</li>\n <li>Ability to work with point cloud and mesh data to generate accurate CAD geometry</li>\n <li>Experience post‑processing scan data to reduce noise and support feature extraction</li>\n <li>Background in aerospace or industrial thermal systems</li>\n <li>Experience supporting weld fixture or tooling design</li>\n <li>Availability for on‑site support in Tulsa as needed</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>What We Offer</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>At Expleo Group USA, we value expertise, innovation, and collaboration.
