      "content": "\n<li>Minimum two years of experience in structural steel fabrication or a related manufacturing environment.</li>\n<li>Experience performing quality inspections, audits, or quality control activities.</li>\n<li>Working knowledge of AWS D1.1, AWS D1.5, and AISC requirements.</li>\n<li>Ability to read and interpret fabrication drawings, blueprints, and project specifications.</li>\n<li>Experience using inspection and measuring equipment, including:\n<ul data-spread=\"false\">\n<li>Fillet Weld Gauges</li>\n<li>V-WAC Gauges</li>\n<li>Squares</li>\n<li>Tape Measures</li>\n<li>Standard Quality Inspection Tools</li>\n\n\n<li>Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks with minimal supervision.</li>\n<li>Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.</li>\n</ul></li>"
