Their duties include completing intake paperwork and updating patient records, sterilizing, and organizing dental tools and assisting during dental procedures.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>WORKING AT WESTSIDE MEANS WORKING IN A PRIMARY CARE MEDICAL HOME.</strong>A Primary Care Medical Home is not a special building. Westside Family Healthcare is an Equal Opportunity Employer that values diversity.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>CORE RESPONSIBILITIES</strong></p><ol><li>Escort patients to and from rooms.</li><li>Ensure proper treatment notes are recorded in the patient’s chart.</li><li>Perform clinical procedures as practice act allows and as directed by dentist.</li><li>Give patient instruction and demonstrate when necessary.</li><li>Monitor patient flow.</li><li>Keep dental units ready, stocked, and clean.</li><li>Sterilize all instruments and handpieces according to the company’s protocol.</li><li>Keep trays, instruments and treatment room drawers organized.</li><li>Arrange patient charts and radiographs for the next day’s appointments.</li></ol><p><br></p><p>PM22</p>",
