    "requisitionDescription": "<div><div><div><div><p data-pasted=\"true\"><strong>Sales &amp; Customer Service - Client Partner</strong></p><p><strong>&nbsp;</strong></p><p><strong>Baseboarders @ Renovation Brands</strong></p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>About This Position:</strong></p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>Baseboarders is looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented team player, who can efficiently multi-task daily sales and customer service responsibilities in a fast-paced work environment.</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>This position reports to the Inside Sales &amp; Service Manager for our Baseboarders brand.&nbsp;</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>&nbsp;</p><ul><li><strong>Location:</strong>&nbsp; 100% Remote. &nbsp; (Required to work from any location within the USA.)</li><li><strong>Hourly Rate:</strong>&nbsp; $18.00 - $19.50 (experience &amp; interview performance will determine actual number within the range).</li><li><strong>Bonus Potential:</strong>&nbsp; &nbsp;<u>Monthly sales commissions based on meeting team sales goals.&nbsp;</u></li><li><strong>Schedule:</strong>&nbsp; 40 hours, full-time, Mon &ndash; Fri, 8:00am <strong>CST</strong> &ndash; 5:00pm <strong>CST</strong></li></ul><p><strong>&nbsp;</strong></p><p><strong>&nbsp;</strong></p><p><strong>What You&rsquo;ll Do:</strong></p><p>&nbsp;</p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Developing customer relationships through project recommendations, quotes and prompt follow-up of all sales opportunities.</li><li>Thinking outside of the box to help customers find solutions using our products for their project needs / unique requirements.</li><li>Meeting and exceeding monthly sales goals.</li><li>Processing high-level organizational skills for tracking tasks to completion.</li><li>Responding well while multi-tasking responsibilities.</li><li>Interacting professionally with our customer base via chat, phone, and email.</li><li>Communicating with the goal of assuring customers that their project is in good hands.</li><li>Effective communication with team members to ensure all customer needs are met.</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>What We&rsquo;re Looking For:</strong></p><p>&nbsp;</p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>2+ years of experience with renovation and/or construction project sales and customer service.</li><li>College degree is preferred, but applicable experience will also be considered.</li><li>Excellent follow-up skills for assigned responsibilities are a must.&nbsp;</li><li>Proficiency in Excel, Word and NetSuite is required.</li><li>Shopify experience is a major plus.</li><li>Being a self-motivated person striving to go the extra mile.</li><li>Ability to take full ownership of responsibilities with minimal supervision required.</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\" data-pasted=\"true\"><strong>Candidate Experience:&nbsp;</strong></p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><br></p><div style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Ensuring a smooth and enjoyable candidate experience is very important to us at Renovation Brands.
