          "text": "<p>Job Description</p><p>The primary focus of a Production Operator is to fabricate assemblies while following all WireCo policies, procedures, and work instructions. The position also includes reading blue prints, using tape measures and other measuring devices to calculate the cut length of rope lengths to meet the customer requirement.&#xa0;&#xa0; There may be other duties that are work-related tasks as assigned by management.</p><p>The Production Operator must exhibit the behaviors of the WireCo Business System (WBS):</p><ul><li>Teamwork - welcomes an environment of inclusiveness and healthy debate that reflects our team’s strength</li><li>Accountable – celebrates our successes, learn from failures, avoid excuses, and own the outcomes of our efforts</li><li>Self-Aware – demonstrates an understanding of our strengths and needs, considering how our actions impact others</li><li>Noble Intent – acts in the interests of others, approaching our work with integrity to ensure the best outcome</li><li>Determined – takes initiative, share ideas and find solutions to win and achieve our goals</li><li>Transparent – promotes open and honest communication and constructive feedback for clarity and truth</li><li>Curious – seeks knowledge and outside input to test our way of thinking, challenging the status quo</li></ul><p><strong><u>Duties &amp; Responsibilities</u></strong></p><ul><li>Time Entry</li><li>Accuracy of product per customer specification</li><li>Operating presses, stamping machines, and other machines</li><li>Following specifications and standards in an ISO 9001&#xa0;work environment</li></ul><p><strong><u>Supervisory Responsibility</u></strong></p><ul><li>None</li></ul><p><u><strong>Shift Availability:</strong></u></p><p>2nd shift (2p – midnight) Tuesday – Friday</p><p>$20.20/hr + $1.00/hr Shift Differential</p><p>Monthly Incentive Payments after a 90-day probationary period is complete.</p><p><strong><u>Materials and Equipment Directly Used</u></strong></p><ul><li>Standard office equipment including, but not limited to: computer, mouse, keyboard, telephone, fax, calculator, multifunction copier</li><li>Personal protective equipment, including safety glasses, hearing protection, gloves, and steel-toed safety shoes</li><li>All production equipment including, but not limited to cut track, swager, press, coiler, tow motor, hoist, and fork truck</li><li>All measuring devices, which would include, but not limited to: ring gages, hardness tester, tape measure, micrometers, dial calipers, proof loaders, etc.</li></ul>",
