We are seeking a generalist in Psychology for this one-year position. In the fall, the candidate will teach Introductory Psychology and our Introduction to the Psychology Major, a one credit course designed to help orient students to our major, and in the spring, they will teach Research Methods, Introductory Psychology, and an additional Psychology elective for majors. Ability to teach Research Methods is required, and additional expertise in one of the following areas preferred: Developmental, Industrial Organizational, or Biological Psychology. The candidate will have a 4-4 teaching load, advising, and departmental service responsibilities. Candidates should demonstrate potential for teaching excellence at the undergraduate level, especially with first-generation students. Those willing to mentor students in their research are encouraged to apply.
